INSTALLATION 00. Before installation, block outgoing internet access using the Windows Firewall or the power cord. Verify that .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0 are installed. If .NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0) is not installed, go to “Control Panel” -> “Programs and Features” -> “Turn Windows features on or off” -

select “.NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0)”

0. Uninstall (if present) SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server from previous versions of SSQ! To do this, run SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server\server_remove.bat as administrator and wait for the “SolidWorks Flexnet Server” service to be removed. After that, delete the SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server folder from the computer . 1. Run “sw2024_network_serials_licensing.reg” and confirm to add information to the Windows registry . 2. Copy the “SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server” folder to C:, run “SolidWorks_Flexnet_Server\server_install.bat” as administrator , and wait for the new “SolidWorks Flexnet Server” service to be installed and started.
1. Run the SolidWorks 2025 installer. If you select “Install Server Components” > SOLIDWORKS PDM Server – do not install SolidNetwork License Manager! When prompted to enter the license server definition: 25734@localhost 3.1 If the system check warning window appears, ignore it (click Next to continue) 3.2 If the warning "The SolidWorks serial number was not found in the activation database" appears, ignore it (click OK to continue) 3.3 If the complete list of software products to install is not visible, click "Select another package" and check the "Select products not included in this package" option 3.4 Select the software products to install 3.5 If the message "The installation manager could not determine the expiration date of the current subscription. Do you want to reactivate your license to update this information?" appears, click No, and then click Yes in the "Do you want to do this later?" prompt.
2. After installation is complete : 4.1 Run Windows Task Manager > Details Locate (if it exists) the “sldworks_fs.exe” process > right-click > delete task 4.2 Delete (if it exists) the file C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\netapi32.dll 4.3 Replace (if it exists) the file C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS PDM\StoredProcs.dll with StoredProcs.dll.bak . 4.4 Copy the folders from the cracked “SOLIDWORKS Corp” folder to the original folders in C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\ (if folders with the same name exist).
3. Run “SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler.reg” and confirm to add information to the Windows registry . 6. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER!
4. Go to SolidWorks > Help > SolidNetWork License Manager > License Order. Use the “Move Up” and “Move Down” buttons to position Premium products with the same name higher than Professional and Standard products. Click “Apply” to save the settings. Click “OK” to close the SolidNetWork License Manager.
